What is your return/refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back-guarantee on all products sold by Vestibular First. Our goggles come with a industry-leading 3-year warranty and cover manufacturer defects and workmanship. All other products are covered by a 1-year warranty. Products must be returned to Vestibular First to process any refunds. Customers outside the US are responsible for paying for all return shipping fees, customs/duty charges, and taxes. If not paid in advance, they will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Note: Returned goggles must be returned inside the original box in which they were delivered and must be returned in full as delivered (all accessories and parts returned as they were delivered).
Credit card fees paid for the original transaction will not be refunded for administrative errors like duplicate orders or ordering the wrong product. You can see information about returned credit card fees on the Stripe website. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
