How do I transfer ownership of my goggles?

We are required by the FDA to be informed of the location of our regulated medical devices such as goggles. To keep us updated on a transfer ownership of your goggles, please contact us to request a Transfer of Ownership link. Before you make the decision to transfer ownership, please note that the warranty for goggles is non-transferrable. Any transfer of ownership is the responsibility of the clinician and not Vestibular First.
