Do you sell your products outside the US?

Yes, our products are available for international customers with the following considerations:

  • Purchaser is responsible for paying any customs/duties/taxes/import fees required by your country.  We insure the package for the full retail value, and this amount is what is used for the value assessment for customs.
  • In the case of return, shipping/customs costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Technical support hours are based in Eastern Time Zone (GMT-5). While we’ll do our best to find an overlap with your business hours, there may be limitations and delays related to time differences.  
  • If you are purchasing our Infrared Video Goggles, you must confirm you are able to use a research product given our labeling is “For Research Purposes Only”.
