Shipping FAQs

How soon do products ship?

All in-stock inventory ships within 1-2 business days.  Orders placed after 12:00 Eastern Time will count as the next business day.  Each order will be provided a shipping notification and tracking details to the email address provided with your order.

Note:  Orders are shipped once payment has been received.  Please review our payment methods for more information.

What shipping methods do you use?

  • United States – FEDEX Ground and can take 1-5 business days depending on your proximity to Philadelphia, PA.
  • International – FEDEX Express (Air) can take 5-10 business days to arrive depending on your location.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Please contact us before placing any orders that require overnight delivery.  We are able to accommodate this and can add it to your order before processing your payment.

Can you charge my company’s shipping/freight account? 

No, however if you are placing a large order that requires a pallet, we can coordinate with your team for delivery logistics.  All other orders will be shipped through our account.  Please contact us to get this set up with our team.
