Canadian Customer Information
For shipping, here are two choices:

(1) Packages shipped to an individual at a personal residence do not need to be registered with CARM, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Assessment and Revenue Management system.

.If shipping to a residential address, please list your personal name (not business name) and relevant personal address in the shipping address section.

(2) To receive international packages at a business address, your business must first be registered for CARM, the Canada Border Services Agency Assessment and Revenue Management system.

Businesses may register for the program at the CBSA link here,

Please make sure your business had been registered for CARM before purchasing and shipping items to a business address.  If any shipments are returned to Vestibular First because a business did not previously register with CARM, the customer will be responsible for related shipping fees for the order to be re-shipped to them.

There is no cost to register for the CARM, but you may be required to post a bond as part of the RPP (Release Prior to Payment Program). CSBA will let you know the required amount of bond, which is determined by the amount that you have imported in past years (usually the more that has been previously imported, the higher the amount).

The CBSA and CARM Registration and Help Lines are often busy, which can result in an estimated 2 weeks or more for a response.

Labeling & Declarations Information

Please note that the shipping box of our goggles contains information about our company, the product, and all of the related FDA-required information.  We cannot modify or remove this information, nor can we alter the harmonization code.  Goggles purchased through educational and research institutions have rarely had any customs issues, but they still follow the above guidelines.
