We are looking for a high-performing and enthusiastic Director of Sales and Marketing to drive B2B growth for our innovative medical devices and educational tools. The ideal candidate will be a dreamer and doer who can develop actionable goals and execute them consistently day-to-day. We are a data-driven organization, and this role is key in providing the metrics to maximize our marketing efforts in both brand awareness and product sales. Responsibilities
Sales
- Own the full sales pipeline from lead generation to closing the sale
- Follow up on sales opportunities including invoices/quotes, post-demo check-ins, post-conference contacts, and frequent word-of-mouth referral sources
- Initiate ways to reduce the time to close on quotes
- Identify existing and new sales channels through an analytical and data-driven approach
- Work with Chief Clinical Officer to build strong relationships with team leads at large networks and balance centers
- Provide biweekly summary of sales attribution in detail as well as monthly, quarterly, and yearly summaries
- Oversee 3rd Party Relationships with Distributors including quote generation, invoicing, and post-order follow-up
- Attentive to customer expectations and experience during the sales process to ensure a strong match between customer needs and recommended products/support
- Manage budget for sales acquisition costs
Marketing
- Plan and execute a marketing plan that supports the organization’s sales goals
- Build strong referral program to encourage the word of mouth efforts of our customers
- Engage with existing customers to find ways we can deliver additional value to products and services
- Manage one (1) part-time staff member’s priorities and deliverables to best support the needs of the sales and marketing group
- Coordinate in-person events in partnership with internal staff and vendors
- Initiate and coordinate generation of marketing assets including photo shoots, video shoots, and 3D design work
- Initiate and collaborate on generation of SEO content in partnership with the Chief Clinical Officer and Director of Education
- Analyze the ROI across sales channels and campaigns to focus marketing spend
- Update and create content on public-facing website pages
- Manage budget for marketing activities

We are seeking a methodical, organized, and enthusiastic Quality Support Specialist to manage the regulatory processes related to our medical device. This role requires thorough knowledge of regulatory processes and procedures, a focus on quality improvement, and details-oriented focus on keeping all required documentation up to date. Reports to Chief Clinical Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain quality records and procedures to current practices using Document Controls.
- Support the development of the company’s quality/regulatory strategy both domestically and internationally.
- Serve as Liaison for FDA and other Regulatory Body audits.
- Coordinate and optionally perform quality inspections of incoming product and perform Documentation Review and Release for all lots.
- Ensure medical device products are cleared for sale and remain in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Participate or coordinate internal audits to schedule and perform and document supplier audits and completion of scorecards.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts for product quality.
- Train staff to comply with applicable regulations and procedures.
- Develop and support the updating of internal standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Review product design and manufacturing changes for compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare and maintain risk management documents to include DFMEA, PFMEA, Hazard ID’s, risk plans and reports, etc.
- Prepare and perform Management Review Meetings, perform Analysis of Data per procedure and document meeting minutes from Management Reviews.
- Prepare and maintain training matrix and records for each employee.
- Coordinate and optionally participate in annual inventory inspection.
- Review and optionally make recommendations to improve the Quality Policy annually.
- Prepare and maintain customer return requests and device repair records.
- Communicate and liaise with vendors to ensure product quality.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with an eQMS, preferably Qualio or similar
- Experience with quality system migrations
- Bachelor of Science or Associates Degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of related job experience in Medical Devices with the above responsibilities

Vestibular First is looking for an intern to join our growing team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Vestibular First is a team of passionate and creative clinicians, engineers, and technologists who are dedicated to producing innovative and affordable vestibular technologies.
Your primary responsibility is helping to produce the most innovative and educational vestibular products on the market. You will be at the ground floor of a growing startup to improve the quality of care for people suffering from dizziness and vertigo worldwide. You will be the manager of the complete vertical and will learn how to own a product line, improve quality control, and helping us scale our processes for growth!
This position offers a breadth of challenges along with the opportunity to have a measurable impact on our growing business. You will be joining a small team at Vestibular First and will work across multiple teams and requires frequent interaction with the co-founders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire end-to-end process for the production of products in our educational product line.
- Manage fleet of 3D printers to make sure they are printing the needed models to keep our inventories at minimum required levels
- Process orders into order management system from the website and confirm address and order details
- Process orders in shipping management system for producing shipping labels and international documentation
- Engage clients with order statuses and troubleshooting any delivery issues
- Maintain production area in clean and organized conditions
- Assist production team in coordinating issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing, and finance
- Generate quotes, take orders, and disburse receipts for customers on the website and over the phone
- Assist marketing team in maintaining updated records of current customers and connecting with them over social media channels
- Receive and ship packages to maintain consistent flow of our supply chain
- Champion projects and programs to improve productivity of the role
Requirements
