Vestibular First warrants our products as free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery.   Warranty is not transferable to another entity and only covers the original purchaser.

Repair Policies & Procedures

Vestibular First understands that your practice needs access to the Insight Infrared Video Goggles to treat your clients; to this end, we can provide Insight Goggles from our repair pool (refurbished) immediately at no cost to you.  Those that do not wish to receive goggles from the repair pool can mail their goggles back to Vestibular First and will have them returned within 1-2 weeks depending on the severity of the issue.

International-Specific policies

All shipping costs and duties to be paid by all customers outside the United States.  Most repairs are not subject to customs/duties, but exceptions do exist.  Please note our other international policies apply as it relates to labeling and shipping compliance.

Out of Warranty Repair Costs

If items are damaged by accident or misuse, below are the following repair costs.  These costs are updated annually and will be reflected on your repair invoice.
