Clean Goggles between each patient session
For maximum patient safety, it is required to clean the goggles between each patient session following the recommendations and dry times of your selected wipes. Our goggles were tested using a 70% isopropyl alcohol and distilled water mixture.
Inspect Goggles between each patient session
For maximum patient safety, it is required to inspect the goggles between each patient session. This will also ensure your session is not interrupted by equipment that is not fully checked.
Don and Doff the Goggles
Getting the goggles on and off the patient is an important step to build trust with your patient. You can do this step with or without any modules attached to the front of the goggles.
Mask Usage with the Goggles
If your patient is using a mask, it can cause fog inside the goggles. Follow these steps to minimize fog during your session.
Fixation Light Usage
Using the independent fixation lights is perfect for testing between peripheral and central vestibular disorders. Use the easy to access switches to turn on and off the lights.
Store Goggles Safely
To keep your goggles safe between patient sessions and during transport, return your goggles to their case each time. This will keep your goggles in top shape and prevent accidental damage.
