Handout for patients

seeds for success (tips for managing migraine)

Our SEEDS for Success PDF handout is a simple patient resource that explains key lifestyle strategies that may help support migraine management, including Sleep, Exercise, Eating, Hydration, and Stress. It also encourages use of a symptom or migraine diary to help patients track patterns, triggers, and progress over time. For clinicians, it serves as an easy take-home tool to reinforce education, support follow-through between visits, and give patients practical steps they can use to build more consistent self-management habits.
