What are the goggles warranty?

Vestibular First is committed to quality customer support and service. We look forward to ensuring the quality of the vestibular technology you receive from us. 

Vestibular First warrants that the Insight Infrared Video Goggles are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 36 months from the date of delivery by Vestibular First. If Insight Infrared Video Goggles require service during the applicable warranty period, the purchaser should communicate directly with Vestibular First. Warranty is not transferable to another entity and only covers the original purchasing entity.

In addition, please note that no modification of the equipment is allowed without manufacturer authorization. The system components should not be used or interchanged with components from infrared video goggles that are not manufactured by Vestibular First, nor should the components be interchanged with versions of goggles that are not made to be compatible with the Insight Infrared Video Goggles
