There is a delay between the cameras when viewing or recording the eyes

The main cause of a delay between the cameras is computer performance issues.  Confirm the following steps:

1. Make sure your computer meets our minimum systems requirements
2. Confirm your video card is being used:
   1. Open Settings
   2. Click the Output section
   3. Confirm the Encoder setting is set to any of the entries that start with “Hardware (xxx)“.  Try each version when recording to see which performs the best.
3. Reduce Output (Scaled) Resolution the recording size in the Video section
