Cameras will not connect to any application

The most common cause of this occurring is that your computer’s BIOS, the underlying operating system for your motherboard, is not updated.  While our staff can assist you in troubleshooting this, because you need to do this offline, it’s not something we can support directly.  If you’re not comfortable with more advanced features of your computer, find a local IT support person to help with this step.

Please make sure your BIOS is updated to ensure the most update system drivers and security updates are in place before further troubleshooting.
