Join Co-Founder Dr. Helena Esmonde PT, DPT, NCS and special guest Dr. Alex Germano, PT, DPT, GCS as they discuss vestibular treatment ideas in the older adult population.
Dr. Germano is a Physical Therapist with experience in outpatient home visits and a history of coaching fitness since 2010. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017 from Northwestern University. Alex is a board certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist (GCS) and has an additional certification in vestibular rehabilitation. Her practice in bringing exercise-forward interventions to patients is inspired by her participation in CrossFit.
