Dr. Kostelnik is a Clinical Psychologist trained extensively in Health Psychology who also lives with multiple vestibular diagnoses including SCDS, subsequent BPPV, chronic VM and PPPD. Her approach to therapy includes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Polyvagal Theory, and others.
