What is your refund policy?

Refunds may be requested only if the learner has not yet accessed the course. Because CEU courses include educational content, quizzes, and final assessments, refunds cannot be issued once a learner has logged into the course, started or completed any quiz, or attempted a final assessment.

This policy helps ensure that CEU credit and course access are managed fairly and consistently. If you believe you registered for the wrong course or are having trouble accessing your course, please contact us before beginning the course so we can review the issue.
