What are the responsibilities as a host site?

The main responsibility is having someone on site the day of the course to allow access to the space and to be available if any issues arise.  Leading up the the date there will be occasional emails with the Director of Education.  For planning purposes we request that the lecture space has a way to project a PowerPoint from the instructor’s laptop, ideally via an HDMI connection, so all attendees can see it. We also seek a lab space with a minimum of 6 mat tables, ideally with access to a second classroom or other semi-private space for skills check-off testing.
