ABOUT THE TRAINER TOOLKIT

The Vestibular First Trainer Toolkit allows us to loan educational vestibular models and Insight Pro goggles to vestibular course instructors for use onsite when they are teaching an in-person vestibular continuing education course. This supports the instructor’s educational goals while providing course attendees with firsthand experience using quality vestibular technology during training.

The Trainer Toolkit Includes:

1 Pair of Insight Pro Goggles,
1 iPad/tablet for use in playing an informational product slideshow,
1 matched pair of fluid-filled vestibular models,
1 headband,
1 four inch functional inner ear model,
1 solid model, 1 true to life size model,
1 mannequin head (to place the headband for display),
1 Vestibular First tablecloth (fits 6 foot table),
pamphlets about our products,
a tabletop poster with your QR code and a way for folks to enter to win a fluid-filled anatomy model,
1 fluid model for the giveaway winner and,
thank you item for the instructor (see full benefits below for a list of options)

BENEFITS TO COURSE INSTRUCTORS FOR PARTICIPATING:

1. The course instructor has the option to list their unique affiliate link/QR code on our signage so the course instructor can earn referral points for the Rockstar Rewards Program when any of their course participants using that link make a purchase from the Vestibular First website.

2. The course instructor will have the following items loaned to you for display on a 6 foot table (table provided by the facility at which the instructor is teaching):
- 1 pair of Insight Pro goggles (if you don’t already have a pair of Insight/Insight Pro goggles on hand),
- 1 iPad/tablet for use in playing an informational product slideshow,
- 1 matched pair of fluid-filled vestibular models,
- 1 headband,
- 1 four inch functional inner ear model,
- 1 solid model,
- 1 true to life size model,
- 1 mannequin head (to place the headband for display),
- 1 Vestibular First tablecloth (fits 6 foot table),
- pamphlets about our products,
- a tabletop poster with your QR code and a way for folks to enter to win a fluid-filled anatomy model, and
- swag (example: Post-It notes)
3. The course instructor must utilize a computer that meets the minimum hardware requirements when instructing using the Insight goggles – Vestibular First can assist the instructor to load the OBS software used with the Insight goggles onto the instructor’s computer if needed.

4. If the course instructor would like, they can select a “thank you item” to keep from those shipped free of charge (choose from the following items: 1 single fluid filled vestibular model, four inch functional inner ear model, solid vestibular model, or true to life size model).

REQUIREMENTS

1. The course instructor must use Insight Pro goggles (loaned by us OR ones that they already have) during instruction as part of the course.
2. Helena gets 10-15 minutes to speak remotely at the course via Zoom. She will present a patient case or two including screen sharing of eye movement videos.
3. Minimum course capacity – 25 participants.
4. Instructor provides Vestibular First (VF) a list of course attendees including their email addresses in order for them to receive a 1-time email from VF as a follow-up to the course; attendees can opt-in to other VF programs from that email if they choose or not (instructor will let them know this during the course).
5. The course instructor must set up an 6 foot table as shown in the photo example that is sent with the booth items, including putting up Vestibular First signage (includes Enter to Win info – gets attendees 10% off coupon).
6. Course instructor will mail back everything to Vestibular First (postage paid by Vestibular First – return label included in the box) except pamphlets, swag, and their one free gift (see #3 in Benefits section below).
7. The course must be held in the U.S. or Puerto Rico.
8. Course instructors must apply to participate at least 1 month prior to the event
9. The course must have a course pamphlet, the course must be designed for clinicians only, and the minimum length of the course must be at least 4 hours.
10. The course instructor must take at least 1 photo of the course instructor(s) at 6 foot table once it’s set up and email it to me; if possible we request that the course instructor posts the photo to social media and tags Vestibular First (@vestibularfirst on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and/or LinkedIn).
