In-person hands on lab intensive portion
Build confidence with a full day of guided, hands-on vestibular skills practice. This 8-hour in-person lab is designed for healthcare professionals who have completed the online Foundations of Vestibular Rehabilitation online modules and are ready to apply what they learned in a supervised clinical setting.
Participants practice key vestibular examination and treatment skills, including oculomotor screening, assessment of peripheral vestibular dysfunction, BPPV testing and treatment, static and dynamic balance testing, gaze stabilization, habituation, and balance interventions. The day concludes with independent review and a skills competency assessment.
This live intensive is taught by experienced vestibular clinicians and gives participants the opportunity to refine technique, ask questions, receive feedback, and develop greater confidence before applying these skills in clinical practice. Completion of both the online coursework and the in-person lab is required to earn the Certificate of Competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation and use the VRC designation.
