She is a specialist in Otorhinolaryngology\, a fellow in Otopathology at Harvard University\, and has training in Otoneurology in three countries. She is a member of the Barany Society\, Colombian Association of Otorhinolaryngology\, American Neurotology Society\, Ibero-American Foundation of Neurotology\, and Schuknecht Society. Dr. Castillo Bustamante is also a researcher and teacher in Colombia\, Chile and Paraguay\, and co-author of 37 international publications as well as the current research coordinator of the Vertigo and Dizziness Centers of CDMX\, Guadalajara and Medellín.  \nDr. Madrigal graduated from Anáhuac University and specialized in otorhinolaryngology at the Spanish Hospital in Mexico and continued his specialization in vestibular rehabilitation at the Center for Dizziness and Balance Disorders at Emory University in Atlanta\, GA. He is the first Mexican doctor to receive certification by the American Physical Therapy Association in vestibular rehabilitation. He has currently treated more than 6\,500 patients in the more than 10 years of experience he has in the area.
